Technics
:
Here we make a distinction between vacuumforming
and pressureforming but with both technics a
thermoplastic piece of plastic is heated and deformed.
With the process of vacuumforming, the sheet of plastic is clamed
into position, heated and vacuum-sucked three-dimensionally around
the mould. When the product has cooled down it is removed from
the machine. Final processing can occur at a later stage.
With the process of pressureforming, the product is being deformed by pressure instead of vacuum.

Finishing :
A quality product demands a good final processing.
Important is the Cnc-machinery that mainly is used for finishing
thermoformed pieces.
